The Fine Print

Privacy Policy

ZomBabieZ ("we", "us") runs this website and a Discord bot. This page lays out what we collect, why, and what we leave alone. Plain English, kept short on purpose.

The short version
  • We never ask for your wallet's private key or seed phrase. Ever.
  • We never take custody of your NFTs or tokens. Linking a wallet just proves it's yours. It can't move anything.
  • This site does not sell products or take card payments.
  • We collect the least we need to verify you, assign roles, and pay holder rewards.

What We Collect

  • When you connect with Discord: your Discord ID, username, and avatar, so we can recognize you and manage community roles.
  • When you link a wallet: your public wallet address and a one-time signed message proving you own it. A signature is not a transaction. It cannot move your funds.
  • Public on-chain data: using your public address, we read publicly-visible blockchain data (which ZomBabieZ NFTs and tokens the wallet holds) via Solana data providers, to power gating, roles, and rewards.
  • Technical basics: a session cookie to keep you signed in, plus standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.
  • Community activity: points, games, and similar in-community activity tied to your Discord account.

How We Use It

  • Verifying wallet ownership and granting or removing Discord roles.
  • Running community features like points and games, plus holder rewards.
  • Preventing abuse (such as detecting duplicate or alt accounts) and keeping the service secure.

We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising trackers.

Who We Share With

  • Discord, to sign you in and manage roles, under Discord's own privacy policy.
  • Solana data providers like Helius, and the public Solana network, to read public on-chain data. On-chain activity is public by nature.
  • Our hosting provider, to keep the site running.
  • YouTube, for the embedded anthem. It only loads if you press play, and we use privacy-enhanced mode so nothing loads before that.

We share only what these services need to function, and we never sell or rent your information.

Wallet Safety

  • We will never DM you first, and never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
  • Nobody from ZomBabieZ will ever tell you to "sync", "validate", or "migrate" your wallet. That line is always a scam.
  • Rewards are always paid to your linked wallet. You never send funds to claim.
  • If something asks you to send funds or hand over your secret phrase to "claim" a reward, it's a scam. It isn't us.

Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. No third-party advertising cookies.

Data Retention

We keep your linked-wallet and community data while your account is active. Want it gone? Ask us any time. See Contact below.

Children

This community is intended for users aged 13 or older (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). It is not directed at children under that age.

Changes

We may update this policy as the project grows. Big changes get announced in Discord, and the "last updated" date up top always reflects the current version.
