Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of zombabiez.com ("the site") and taking part in the ZomBabieZ community ("ZomBabieZ", "we", "us"). By using the site or joining in, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Plain English, kept as short as we can make it.

The short version
  • ZomBabieZ is a community project and a bit of fun. It is not a bank, a security, or an investment scheme.
  • You control your own wallet. We never take custody of it and never ask for your seed phrase.
  • Nothing here is financial advice, and nothing is a promise of profit.
  • Holder rewards are a community perk, run at our discretion, not a guaranteed return.

What ZomBabieZ Is

ZomBabieZ is a community-driven project on the Solana network with NFT collections, the $FOOK token, games, a weekly sweepstakes, and holder rewards. It is built for entertainment and community. Buying an NFT or holding a token is not the purchase of a share, a security, or a stake in any company, and it does not entitle you to any profit, dividend, or ownership in a business.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use the site. You are responsible for making sure your use of NFTs, tokens, and the site is legal where you live. Some features may not be available in every region.

Your Wallet Is Yours

  • You are solely responsible for your wallet, your keys, and your seed phrase. If you lose them, we cannot recover them for you.
  • Connecting a wallet and signing a message only prove that the wallet is yours. A signature is not a transaction and cannot move your funds.
  • We will never ask for your private key or seed phrase, and we will never DM you first. Anyone who does is not us.
  • Always verify contract and token addresses before you mint, buy, or trade.

NFTs And Tokens

ZomBabieZ NFTs and the $FOOK token live on the public Solana blockchain. Owning one gives you the rights described by the collection and, where applicable, use of the associated artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. Their value can rise, fall, or reach zero. Secondary-market trades happen on third-party platforms under those platforms' own terms, and we are not a party to them.

Holder Rewards

  • Holder rewards are a discretionary community perk, funded and run by the project. They are not a dividend, a yield, an interest payment, or any form of investment return.
  • Eligibility, tiers, pool sizes, snapshots, and deadlines are set per round and may change from one round to the next.
  • Rewards are paid based on a snapshot of holdings and a re-check at claim time. You must claim within the round's deadline. Unclaimed rewards roll into a later round.
  • We may adjust, pause, or end the rewards program at any time. We aim to be fair and to communicate changes in Discord.

Fookin' Fridays

Fookin' Fridays is a weekly sweepstakes. No purchase is necessary to enter, and it is void where prohibited by law. It runs under its own entry rules, which take precedence for that activity.

Acceptable Use

When using the site and community, you agree not to:

  • Break the law or use the project to launder funds or commit fraud.
  • Use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or exploits to game rewards, games, or the sweepstakes.
  • Attack, overload, reverse-engineer, or try to break the site or the bot.
  • Impersonate the team, run scams, or harass other members.

We may remove access, roles, or eligibility for anyone who breaks these rules.

Third-Party Services

The site relies on services we do not control, including Discord, wallet providers, Magic Eden, Solana data providers such as Helius, the Solana network itself, and YouTube for the embedded anthem. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.

No Financial Advice

Nothing on this site or in the community is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Crypto is volatile and only partly regulated. Only spend what you can afford to lose, and do your own research before you buy anything.

Forward-Looking Plans

Some of what we share, the roadmap and the adventure park most of all, describes goals and plans, not guarantees. Plans depend on funding, permits, time, and factors outside our control, and they can change or not happen at all. Do not treat any future plan as a promise.

As-Is, And Limits On Liability

The site and community are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ZomBabieZ and the people behind it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, the community, NFTs, tokens, rewards, or any third-party service, including any loss of funds, tokens, or NFTs.

Governing Law

These terms and the ZomBabieZ project are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from them will be handled under Australian law.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms as the project grows. Material changes get announced in Discord, and the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
